Their team is great! Wonderful communication, I contacted them through their website's contact us page. They responded quickly, and we arranged a time for them to come by the shop. We contracted Triad Networking Systems to recable our entire facility, and install new MDF/IDF's. They performed the work flawlessly and professionally. Very attentive to details. Pre and post meetings to make sure everything was covered! My only regret is that we didn't use them for all ten of our facilities. This is a very professional company and provides top class customer service. My newly constructed home was missing wall plates with Ethernet ports. After explaining my issue, Triad Network Systems assured me that they would have a solution. Not only did they address this issue, I have hired them again for another job. Great experience.
